Hi,
I downloaded an app to my iPad half way, but received an error message and was unable to complete the download. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reupload the aricles to the cloud I unpublished and deleted the folio alltogether and started over with a new folio. Now the old folio that didn't finish downloading continues to show up in the Content Viewer and I only see the "Resume" and "View" buttons. Obviously I am unable to complete the download because the folio doesn't exist anymore, but I can't archive the folio either. There is also nothing in the "Publish Requests" cue for that old folio. Any advice on how to get rid of it?
Thanks!
No, as mentioned I can’t do anything with the app. It’s just there in the Content Viewer but I get an error message if I click on the Resume or View button because the app has been deleted in the Folio Producer. Everything worked fine when I created a new folio and uploaded all articles to the new folio, but I can’t get rid of the deleted folio on my device. This happened before on a different iPad and eventually the deleted app disappeared after a while, so I wonder if this is a Cloud cache issue (if something exists).
