I am on version 9.
On the page I click the link “demographics” (Image 1) which is a pop-up box. Instead of opening next to the link it jumps all the way to the top of the page (Image 2) as seen below the line. I would like to know if there is a way to set the pop-up to open right next to the link.

There have been some problems with popups but most were fixed for Rh9. The remaining problem seems to be that the popups appear at the top of the screen rather than off screen or the top of the topic.
Try creating some new topics in a new project and see if the problem is the same.
