Hello, I am ready with around 4 hour of edited timeline , shot on EX3, now the project is complete and I want to archive the edited master. which is the best option to go for, I am working on MAC at preset, but I want my archived file to be edit friendly in future and could support on Windows platform also.

To archive the Master, I recommend the UT codec.  It's free, lossless and cross-platform.  It also plays nice with Adobe software.

For reeditability, you'll need to save the PP project file and the original assets, including audio files, music, images, media, etc.

Both are more popular, but neither is lossless and both require the QuickTime container, which is less than desirable.

UT is lossless and can go into the preferred AVI container.
