Does anyone here use Presenter 7

Jul 25, 2012 4:16 AM

I was experimenting with Presenter and can't figure out how to make the slides advance on a click rather than by the timing of the slide.

Anyone out there know how to do this?

Thanks

Susan

    Hi Susan,

I do not know how your PPT is setup? Do you use clicks there in the animation pane or only timed appearances?

Try in Presenter, Settings, to check 'Pause after each animation'.

    Hello Susan,

    Welcome to Adobe Forums.

You can't add a button or a click box from Presenter but you can use "Hyperlink" feature in Powerpoint and connect the next or any slide by "Place in this Document" option (Under Hyperlink).

Once Hyperlink is done you can publish the presentation by Presenter.

    Thanks,

    Vikram

    Hello Susan,

While publishing the project under "Slide Manager", choose "Yes" for Advance by User.

Selection that option will made that particular slide stop and then it will only advance on click.

    Thanks,

    Vikram
