If you don’t want the effect why do you use Scripted Patterns?
You could edit the Script … documentation at

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
The image above is just to illustrate the problem.
If i choose Scripted Pattern/ Brick Fill, the image will layout like Brick work but still with the Random Colours and not in the Gray.
What ever Custom Pattern i choose they all come out in random Colours with Script Selected.
CS6 Defalt Scripted Patterns change the layout they should'nt change the colour.
The Colouring is the problem when SP is selected.

Who says so?
You can read the documentation and edit the respective Scripts you want to change with ExtendScript Toolkit.
I haven’t looked thoroughly into Scripted Patterns yet, but removing the color randomization should not be too hard.
There is also a scripted UI for these scripts http://uebelephoto.com/CS6_Fill.html
Scripted Fill UI v 1.2 for Photoshop CS6
This script creates a User Interface for changing the variables in Photoshop CS6's new scripted fills, so the average user does not have to edit Photoshop's fill scripts. There is a readme file included with the zip download that describes the script in more detail and how to use it. This script is free and can be modified for your own use, but it can not be modified for resale.
This script is a work in progress and there are some bugs with it, which I will attempt to fix as time permits.
I do not use it nor do I understand its UI
