Bit of confused ,....
You want the Border or not ?
You wrote " but then i print the document this border does not print." and then you wrote "how i can get rid of this border to enable me to print the full document "
Also , you wrote " i cant seem to select it...." , check the Layers panel , may be the layer or the object is locked.
