Grid on all images

I have cs5 operating on windows 7. when I open an image, any image, I get a small grid across the image. I can't edit b/c the grid is in the way. I check my prefences and the lens correction grid is turned off. I look there just in case, but that wasn't the problem. this started yesterday and I don't know how to fix it. Has anyone come across this before? Pls advise if possible. I did not see it in FAQ or such. Thanking you in advance, sherry

    Could you please post a screenshot with the pertinent Panels visible?

    Have you accidentally enabled View > Show > Grid?

     

    Cmd+' toggles it on a Mac.

    conroy, thank you so much that was what it was.  It's really weird though, b/c I have been gone 7 weeks and haven't use the desktop, had it turned off. when I turned it on the grid was on. I must of hit something when I turned it on.  thank you so  much, you are a life saver, I have so much work due to my absence.  Thank you again, Sherry
