Videos won't play on iPad

Hello,

 

Hopefully I can get some new ideas here to help me troubleshoot this problem.

 

I'm trying to get a couple intro videos to play on a Captivate 6 project I published as HTML5. I'm testing our ability to play trainings on iPad/iPhone, etc. Presently, for some reason, the two videos which ARE formatted to H.264, MP4, will not play on an iPad 2 I'm using to test it.

 

I've uploaded the project to SCORM cloud for quick and easy testing, yet every time I try something new, the same result: the two videos either show a black or white screen and nothing happens. Any ideas on what's going on?

    Just an ammendment to the first question...I actually got it to work by using Adobe Media Encoder to convert it to play specifically for iPad. However, when doing that it no longer works on computers. So if anyone has a solution for that.....that would be helpful.
