Adobe Community: Why does the stroke only stroke two sides of an image?

Trying to repro but cannot seem to do so (have tried a layer and selected pixels); stroke command works as expected. (This is on a Motorola Xoom Wi-Fi tablet; Android version 4.0.4.)

Are you using the latest version of PS Touch (version 1.2)?

I've only just downloaded this from the apple app store and am suffering the same symptoms, strokes only work along the bottom and right hand edges. Any ideas welcoming.

Hi. Are you trying to apply a stroke to the whole image? Could you share a screenshot about what you're seeing?

I have gone to select all, and then to the fill/stroke option.

A screen shot is attached. The same thing happens with all images.

I was able to repro. Kind of odd though as the only time it happens is when I use the "select all" command; never happens with a painted selection or a (limited) selection made on a layer.
