help_needed:mode.private with adobe reader app

Hi,

 

I did download the file to the app's internal memory and given the default permission(explicitly as suggested) MODE.PRIVATE.  Using the custom content provider,  we would like render the  PDF on the  adobe viewer.  But the PRIVATE mode does not work with Adobe viewer, when the mode is changed to WORLD_READABLE it is working fine.  Would like to know if this is how the adobe viewer is expected to do..
