Can I reduce the time delay before the video starts? http://poplarpoint.org

    Looks like a Quicktime component.  I'd recommend changing the format to something else.  Nothing you can do if the player is trying to cache the content before it is played.  Things take time to download, but switching to another format and optimizing the output could reduce the download time.

    Thanks for the suggestion.  I was just glad to get this far since shortly after switching servers Safari wouldn't play the QT movie at all.  What would be your most compatible format?
