upgrade from cs3

Hello...i want to get a cloud license..

 

Till 31 aug  there is a special offer...a discount of 40%.

 

I can get a legal cs3 of a friend of mine...but this is the version before intel..

and i have a intel macbook..air..

 

Can i use this version. to get the 40% discount?

 

Maybe, by installing this old version..on an old mac with my adobe login...and then later by installing  the latest version on mine macbook air 2011?

    Yes , if you own the CS3 legally then yes.

     

    When you install the upgrade then you just need the serial number of old product , there is no requirement to install the old version prior installing the new veriosn.

    If you are going for the cloud subcription then it doesn't matter as the software installed via cloud are not platform dependent.
