Freeze

I am running Windox XP. Download Adobe X. Would view files fine, very slow to print. All other programs print ok. Removed Adobe X, installed Adobe 10.3. Now, files will download, freeze, can not view........?

    You should probably check with the Reader forum. Adobe is not a product, just the name of the company. With the way you have asked the question and talked about downloading various versions, it is strongly suggestive that you are using Reader, not Acrobat. As for a freeze, I am not sure what you mean. It might be worth trying a repair from the help menu (assume Reader has that).
