Down loading elements 10 and getting a Error 1305 message.

I've down loaded it several times and still get the message, and then the program does the "Rolling back the instalation" bit...

The CD was FILTHY, looked like someone sneezed on it, it's cleaned and downloading without a problem now (I hope).
