Moving an Image

I can't think of the correct terminology to look this up myself and try and get it worked out.  I've tried several things but I have not been able to do what I want it to.

 

http://pointheavenwardsiamese.com/GeishagollSiamese/home.php  On this page...how do I get that bottom (Breed Council Member) logo to come up into that blank space above?  (So it is directly under the text and to the left of the larger (geisha) image.)

    Forgive me Nancy...how do I add space under that geisha image?  (So it's not resting right at the bottom of that body section.)

    To this:
