CF10 - Collections are disappearing

Hi there, I recently installed CF10 on my Windows system and have had some issues with the stability of the Solr indexing tool. I have 3 collections, with about 5,000 documents in each collection. I am finding that maybe once ever other day, all of my collections will disappear. I basically have to shut down the Jetty service, copy the collections files from a backup, then go back into the Collections setup page and re-add them. I have configured Solr to use 768m and CF to use 768m.
