I have a client who has multiple secure files on a resources page... The client wants these secure so that she track what users download what files....
I have a suggestion the other day of utilising a Kiyuco file (http://kiyuco.com/tutorials/track-business-catalyst-literature-downloa ds-by-customer#tutorial)
I have updated the link below to include this tutorial so that the admin panel will list a case to which you can then check within the case to see what file the user downloaded....
... All the literature files on this page are secure, not the page itself... So would that be my issue? I can't work out why the tracker isn't working or have a missed some coding or do i have some conflicting code??
Really need some help as my client needs to track user downloads... If someone can have a look at my site and get back to me asap that would be great.
