    Hi Siva

Like many things it all depends on what you are developing.

If it is an app then flex will be fine, but not for a web site, and as Phonegap, jQuery-mobile and similar are further improved the trend may be for html5 with its api to become more prevalent.

You may wish to read this thread - http://forums.adobe.com/message/4020135#4020135

As the thread points out even Adobe are now concentrating on html5/css3/javascript development for x-device apps and websites.

We have started developing iOS apps using HTML5....so along with web apps, mobile applications can also be built with HTML 5.

    Thanks

Yes, I think HTML5 will replace Flash / Flex

Easy to use in native HTML tags

Please check my recent "HTML5 MP3 Player with Horizontal / Vertical Playlist"

    Thanks

So the only thing which I will like to say is that Flash and HTML 5 will be needed in the same way as earlier they were used together on the web.If you will try to replace Flash by HTML 5 for the small purpose then you have to pay lot more then flash. And if you will be trying to create the Enterprise Application with HTML 5 then I think you will come back to Flex one day.Flash player is ruling since last 15 plus years, its not so simple to replace that.
