PDF form not supporting submit functionality on ipad

I am facing a problem in pdf on iPad.

 

Actually I have a PDF Form with some functionality of filling data/validations and on clicking submit button,  PDF submits data to a web service.  but all des functionaries are breaking on iPad.

 

please clarify whether it can be resolved or not.
