Hey there,
After reading http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1006822, I have the same problem but with Windows.
I am having trouble finding the download link for CS5.5 design premium link, as all links lead to CS6 downloads...
Any help here?
Thanks,
Victor
You can download the trial installer directly from the link below. You will need to be on a trial download page in order to use the links, otherwise you will get an error message. For example load up the following page: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=production_premium before pasting the link into the address bar and login with your adobe id and then cancel the download. Then open the below link and try downloading the application.

Me Steve you can find steps on obtaining Creative Suite 5 at http://prodesigntools.com/all-adobe-cs5-direct-download-links.html.
ouch - our resellers are telling us that even 5.5 is no longer available through them. We're a military site so we can't purchase, much less use, software that isn't approved, and only 5.0 is currently approved.
If we can purchase 6 and then get a free downgrade to 5 (media & license) that would work; is there a way to do that? Obviously the best answer is to get 6 approved, but that could take a while.
thanks Jeff & Arpit.
You can purchase a volume license, http://www.adobe.com/volume-licensing.html?promoid=JOLJF, and request to a backwards license to CS5. I would recommend working with on our Volume License sales agents directly though to ensure they can get you set up to make this request.
