Entire folder missing / hidden

Site in question is www.thecompass.net

 

The client was trying to upload an image to the folder /images/featured/ , which was setup on the site months ago. However, that particular folder is missing / invisible, both in BC and through FTP in Dreamweaver.

 

The folder is still there, as images are showing on the site, such as this one:

But we can't get at it!

 

I've never encountered this before....is there a way we may have accidentally hidden the folder from view, or is this a BC bug?

    Hi,

     

    This is very strange as I can see the file appears but the folder cannot be accessed via file manager, FTP, etc. 

     

    Please submit a case on this ASAP so we can escalate and either explain why this is happening and possibly retrieve.

     

    Admin -> help&support (to log a case)
