Why doesn't people recognition work?

I am doing the classes in Classroom in a Book about tagging faces.(Adobe Photshop Elements 10) I named the faces in one picture, clicked"enter" then went to another picture that was supposed to already know the name of one of the faces and it didn't show that. Clicked find faces and got the messasge  "no unlabled face in my selection".  Yet it didn't show the names as it was supposed to.

    Hi,

     

    Is the view turned on?

     

    In the View menu, is Show People Regognition checked?

    Also, people recognition is very untalented at finding faces that aren't full on frontal shots. So it usually can't recognize profiles, for example.

    Hi,

     

    Thanks for the input  I was doing ev erythhing step by step that the book said,  If it said click view I did.  I will make sure it is on next time.
