How to load multiple patterns at once? - CS6

I have over 300 patterns I need to have available on PS. How can I do them all at once?

 

I dropped them in the two patterns folders I've found, but the icons don't appear in the preset manager.

    In the Preset Manager with type set to Patterns, either use the "Load..." button or, since you put the pattern files in either of the patterns folders, they should be in the menu that drops down from the little gearwheel button.

    That doesn't work. That's just to load them one by one.

     

    I want them all loaded and read to use with their little image to look at.

     

    In this pic, you'll see what I mean. I can only load them one at a time instead of loading them all and movign on with my life.

    One way is to press the Append button to add to the existing patterns:

    Another way is to select all the patterns in the preset folder and drag them into photoshop.

    Drop them somewhere out of the image area.

    That should combine all the patterns in the preset manager window.

     

    When your done with building your set, don't forget to save the set.

    The "Load..." button lets me select and load all the .pat files in a folder in one operation. That's on a Mac, but it should be the same in Windows.

    Strange. On Windows it is a one-at-time opperation. Thanks for your help!

    On windows you can only select one set at a time with the load button, as far as i know.
