error message CS6 trial installation

after the installation and the long extraction, now there is an error message:

"the setup file cannot be located (error 103)

 

It tells me to go to the folder and install myself, but there is nothing in the folder...

    Where did you choose to download the install files too?  What operating system are you using?  Finally what Adobe software are you trying to download?
