Advanced Action skips slide on "go to next slide" - Captivate 6

Perhaps I don't have such a keen eye for the obvious! I have setup an advanced action:

The action is validated from a click box determined by what the user will enter in text entry box, any number between 1 and 5. The text entry box is assigned a variable which is returned on the following slide. On Publish, however, the action assigned to the click box takes me to, not the "Next Side" - it actually skips the next slide and proceeds to the one after the one it is supposed to go to. To force a workaround, I attempted to assign the conditional action to "Jump to Slide" but when I attempted to do that, I could not scoll down to choose the slide. Here is what I got:

So, there is no scroll to permit me to move down to Slide 155. Besides, I really do not want to assign an individual Advanced Action for every slide where is function is required.

If I set the conditional action to "Continue," (instead of "Go to Next Slide") the slide pauses indefinitely and goes nowhere. So, here I am, and I know one of you has a very keen eye for the obvious. Thanks in advance for any action you can provide (pun intended).

    Hi there

I notice you have two separate "Go to next slide" statements in the first example. That would seem to explain the behavior of the project moving you TWO slides forward instead of one.

Cannot explain why you don't get a scroll bar that allows you to choose. But perhaps you can try using the arrow key to move the selection pointer to the desired slide?

The absence of a scroll bar seems to imply a bug. I'd suggest reporting it as same to Adobe. (link to do that is in my sig line)

    Cheers... Rick
