My computer guy did it – I think “reinstalled” all my programs and files from my other computer. I had photoshop elements 10 and he moved it onto my new computer – I don’t know how that is actually done. But the catalog of all my photos is not there. In fact, no old catalogs are there. There are a few random photos that show up, but for the most part the photos aren’t showing up. I have a PC with Windows.
