Thanks for the crash report.  While we obviously don't support Windows 8 at this time, our internal testing has been successful, so there is probably something else happening here.

Was this a fresh installation of Audition on Windows 8, or was it an upgrade from Windows 7 or an earlier edition?

I've had this same problem too.  I cannot open Audition CS6 in Windows 8 Release Preview 64 bit.  None of the other CS6 applications have this issue.  This was a fresh install of Windows 8 on a brand new SSD.  CS6 worked just fine on Windows 7 Pro SP1 64 bit.  Attached is what I see when I open it.Capture.JPG

someday by Microsoft Security Essentials warning me.in where win32 have a exe call keygen.exe(very obviously it is bad think)so i delete it immediately.

Can you post a screenshot of where this file is and the files surrounding it?  Also, can you right-click on keygen.exe and show a screenshot of its properties?

Are we seriously discussing the illegal version?

    i can't run the cs6 after i delete the keygen.exe.

So a quick Google search looks like that the existance of this file is indicitave of spyware or other malware coming on your system, and is probably not an issue with Audition per se, and is not necessarily indicitave (on its own) that you have a pirated version.

    Please see the following links:

Sometimes malware hijacks how applications are launched on Windows and can cause issues like the ones you're seeing.  I can't guarantee that removing the malware will fix your problem, but I think it would be prudent to make sure that the system is clean before we keep troubleshooting your particular issue.  I've been running Audition CS6 on my Windows 8 machine with no issue so far.

I'm guessing that your issue may be slightly different than the OP (unless you're having the same keygen.exe issue reported above).  To further sleuth out your problem, you may need to supply more information (see this from the FAQ: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/900619)

I definitely don't have any viruses on my system.  I just bought a brand new SSD and installed the 64-bit Windows 8 Release Preview on it.  One of the first things I did after installing Windows was install CS6 Master Collection.  I didn't install all the applications; just Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, After Effects, Audition, and Media Encoder.  All other applications work fine without issue.  I should also mention that before I installed my SSD, I was using Windows 7 Pro 64-bit on a standard 7200 rpm HDD.  I installed the full CS6 Master suite on Windows 7, and every program (including Audition) worked fine.

I saved out my system information and a crash dump, and I filled out a bug report.  I have no idea where to upload these files though.
