What is the best photoshop program that will work with Epson R320 printer?

Any program can work with any printer because the functions of a printer are primarily dependent on the drivers for it and these are mainly Operating system problems.

Is Epson R320 a new printer? If so, you need to check whether there are drivers for it and you can check this by going to Epson's website.
