If you have no background in Flash design and did not create that slideshow yourself or you do not own the source file, then you probably cannot change anything about how it functions.

If you have experience with coding Flash designs then you should be able to figure out how to adjust the slideshow to your preferences.  Otherwise you probably need to hire someone to do it for you.
