Sizing photos in PSE 9.0

Can I resize photos in the Organizer  (make them larger) so there will be less  photos and therefore larger photos to work on?

    Do you mean you want larger thumbnails in the organizer?

    Besides having the problem with the size of photos in the "organize" section, how do I get more photos.. I can not find any  File,Edit,Tools, or any of those things unless I am in the "EDIT" mode instead of Organize.    The Video Tutorials show these tools, but  I am having a problem finding them in the "Organize" portion of the program....
