Spry Menu in IE...need some help

Hi All,
Really very sorry to repost again. Seems my other posts kind of die off and I really have to get this project done this weenend (I inow that is my problem an no one elses)
So currently my spry menu is working great in FF. In IE the when I click on one if the flyouts (sub menu) the display cuts into the center of the site a little. (see screen shot below).
Also the last thing I did, was to remove the blue http line below in my index and child pages. (see below)
Anyway any help to get this last piece done is really, really truly appreciated. Please know that I am still learning this stuff .. thanks so very much for any help again...
