Why does my CS6 Premium fail to recognize my valid serial number?

My employer purchased a single copy of Adobe CS6 Premium for my use. I have a valid serial number. But when I try to license the software, I receive a message that the serial number is invalid.

    The serial numbers are product and language specific. My first guess woudl be that perhaps you've chosen another language while installing.

    Do you have discs or was this an online download? Difficult to say without knowing the details.

    Other tha that, you may have get in touch with Adobe Support.

    As Vikrant said, we need much more info. Could be anything from a wrong installer to a language issue.
