What type of browser are you trying to install?  Which Adobe product are you trying to install it with?

Is it the Photoshop Insperation Browser which you are trying to install into Photoshop Elements?  If not can you please provide additional information about what exactly you are trying to accomplish?

Carson city I have moved this discussion to the Photoshop Elements forum.  The users in this forum should be more familiar with the use of the Inspiration Browser.
