Dreamweaver CS6 will not launch

I have downloaded DW CS6, but it won't launch. I have downlaoded other programs such as Photoshop and it opens, however I have uninstalled Dreamweaver and reinstalled, but still the same issue when I get to the screen of launch the application it never launches.

    What error message do you receive when you are opening Dreamweaver?  Which operating system are you using?  Did you receive any error messages when you were installing Dreamweaver?

    I am using a Macbook Pro OSX Lion. It downloads successfully, but when I go to launch the program it acts as though it will open but it does not open. I do not receive any error messages.

    Moving this discussion to the Dreamweaver forum.  You mentioned that Dreamweaver was previously successfully installed.  Were you also able to open Dreamweaver successfully in the pass?  If so did you install any new plug-ins or extensions?

    I have the same problem with Dreamweaver since upgrading to CS6 Subscription. Mac OS 10.8.2. No error message. All the other CS6 programs launched. It's frustrating. I uninstalled and reinstalled. No luck
