Im trying to install reader10_en_mssd_aih.exe , keep getting error 1402 cant open key check if you have sufficient access,

any ideas ?

i then try to uninstall previous version reader 9.41 and get the same message ?

Remove your corrupted Reader installation using http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html (this will also remove Adobe Acrobat, if you have it installed).

Download the offline installer for the latest Adobe Reader from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
