so is the one with the space the correct way to allow the text to flow?
ive had one lecturer saying that the space is incorrect, and another telling me always leave a space after the fullstop
so id like to know theoraticly which is correct.
I was taught you always leave a space, and I've never seen anything in English that didn't (I think there are some oriental languages that do not). More than one space was an old typewriter habit for many (to make the space after puntuation more prominent in the monospaced typing environment) but it has never been correct, as far as I know, in real typesetting.
