Thank you to those who have already given me some pointers. I have arrived at a new set of specs. Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated!
Was thinking of the 1.25GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 570 - 2 DVI, HDMI, DP - 3D Vision Ready instead of the GTX 560 ti?
I might want to change the Power Supply to a Corsair AX, the have it on the 'pcspecialist' site too. You might end up paying some more, but you are much more secure. All other components benifit from a stable Power Supply.
And as shooternz says above, a 600W might be too small.
Will you be transfering footage files over the Wireless connection?

For CS6, I strongly recommend upping the total amount of RAM to 32GB. 16GB total RAM is not enough to run CS6 meaningfully faster than an otherwise identically-equipped PC with only 8GB total RAM in my testing.
In addition, change the Home Premium to Professional. Home Premium can only address 16GB maximum of total RAM. Professional can address up to 192GB of RAM.
And I agree with the responses that a 600W PSU may not be enough. Here is the problem with 600W PSUs: Some of them are of such low quality that they may not be able to handle anywhere near their labeled ratings. In fact, I have seen cheap "600W" PSUs that could barely handle even 300W without exploding into flames.
