I have a tutorial iwth a number of flv's inserted as slides. they preview fine. When I publish the tutorial and launch the htm file from the publication location on my hard drive I get a connection error. All the other discussion surrounding this problem seems to be related to testing once the folder has been uploaded to a servicer. Here I just want to test the program coming off the hard drive. In that the flv is in the same folder as the htm file I'm launching; I'm surprised this is a problem. Shouldn't I be able to launch the web page from the local drive? Thanks in advance for any help.
