Folio Overlays not available (italic)

I try to make some Folio Overlays, but they are all not available, not to textboxes nor to frames. Use Dutch version and InDesign 6

sure, but no folio overlay available. I assume by frame you mean a regular imagebox or textbox or empty box.

problem was solved after restarting inDesign. Strange, but now it works.
