How read the indesign Object coordinate

How to store the coordinate {(x and y axis) and (width and height)} in indesign file, how we read these coordinate, can these coordinate have any pattern for retrive the original value.

 

Can indesign coordinate follow the IEEE-754 Standard to get the value.

Which type of relationship between the textframe coordinate and spread coordinate.

It store the coordinate in 32 byte. Such As:

8 Byte = X-Axis
8 Byte = Y-Axis
8 Byte = TextFrame Width
8 Byte =TextFrame Height
