You really have to provide a little bit more information than that, don't you think?

As Pat said, we need to know what product you are trying to install on what system. Our telepathic powers at guessing only go so far....

Feganjr3 Photoshop 4, Photoshop CS4, or Photoshop Elements 4?  Also which operating system are you installing on?  Finally what is your specific inquiry?  Are you facing difficulties with the installation?  If so please post any specific error messages you may receive.

    Hi Jeff

you will have to excuse me.  This is the first time I have used a forum.

At present I have photoshop 4 installed on a laptop using windows 7.  I am looking at purchasing a new computer and want to make sure there are no issues with doing so as the machine is mostly for photo editing etc.  the new machine will be running windows 8.  It also a 3 gig HHD.  Somebody told me I could have problems if the HHD was more than 1 gig.  I should have no problems reinstalling as I have done so before on my last machine.

When I have money to spend I will be moving to the cloud service as I think it sounds great!

    Kind regards

Feganjr3 you are welcome to attempt to use Photoshop 4 in compatibility mode but it was never tested or designed for modern operating systems.

If you are use to using Photoshop 4 you may want to consider Photoshop Elements 11.  You can find more details as well as a trial at http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-elements.html.  Photoshop Elements has been tested and is compatible with Windows 8.
