I use the free version of ConnectNow. Myself as host and 1 other person gives a 3rd person the error message that the maximum capacity has been reached. Ideas to resolve? Thanks!
The free version of ConnectNow only allows for 1 host and 1 participant (2 persons total). The message you're receiving is expected behavior. With a Basic (paid) subscription to Acrobat.com, you may have a total of 5 people in a web-conference room (1 host, 4 participants). With a Plus (paid) subscription, 20 people (1 host, 19 participants.
It may have been that way when Acrobat.com/ConnectNow was still an Adobe Labs probject, but since release, the configurations I mentioned earlier have been in place. Sorry for the unexpected trouble.
