Can a form be set to send each individual response to multiple email addresses?

Can a form be set to send each individual response to multiple email addresses? Meaning, if I put a form on the web and Joe Smith goes to the form and fills it out, when he hits "submit" can I set that form to send Joe Smith's response to multiple email addresses?
