cant export cs5

Good day I am using premiere pro cs 5, I am trying to export a project, every time I try to export a message pops up and says an  adobe media encoder update is available for this version of premiere pro to download the latest update pleas run the adobe updater from the help menu or visit adobe.com/go/updates. When I go to the help menu and look for updates it says I have all the current updates for all applications, when I go to the site I cannot find any specific update for the media encoder. I am working with canon fx100 footage with the MPEG-2 50mbs 422 codec, please help.

    Try this method. Close all Adobe programs. Open Adobe Bridge, and go to Help>Update from there. Do you get all updates for all programs?

    Adobey bridge is all up to date, the same proplem remains?????? Pleas dont tell me i have to upgrade to cs6.

    I just trried exporting an old project using a different codec that used to work now i get the same message and the project will not export?????

    Also, as a test, right click the program icon and select Run as Administrator from the option list... you MAY have a Win7 permissions problem

    I selected run as administrator, no effect.

     

    I am using version 5.0.3, on win7  when i select help and update the adobe application manager reads "your aplications are all up-to-date", i would assume this is the current version.

     

    No matter what i try to export from any project regardless of codec or output i receave this message

     

    "an adobe media encoder update is availiable for this version of premierepro. to download the latest update, pleas run  the adobe updater form the help menue orvosot http://adobe.com/go/updates."

     

    I went to the help menue and selected help and i still get the adobe application manager "your aplications are all up-to-date"
