Acrobat_9_Standard with Windows 7; unable to save to formats other than PDF; the Save As only allows to save as PDF file; want to convert or save file as a TIFF file; Help, please
What happens when you try to save as other formats?
Only given one option under "save as type," which is PDF.

1. Check it is really Acrobat Standard running. Look in the Help menu for Adobe Acrobat Standard, make sure it doesn't say Adobe Adobe Reader.
2. Check Adobe's plug-ins are running. Use Help > About Adobe Plug-ins. Make sure it doesn't say "no plug-ins".

Which menu item are you using to do this? Make sure you use File->Export
