Problems Installing Flash Player

I HAD Flash Player and then suddenly I didn't. It did this once before and I don't know how I fixed it and Why it happened in the first place or why it happened again. When I go to the test box to see if I have flash player it says that I should see some thing in the box or an error message. I don't have freaking anything. It's just a blank space. I have tried to re-install Flash Player many times. I've un-install it and then tried to install it. I've done a clean install. Nothing. ANY suggestions of how to fix it and what happened so that I can stop it from happening again?

What files do you have in
C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash ?
C:\Windows\syswow64\Macromed\Flash ?

Do you see Shockwave Flash in the Firefox plugins; what version is it, and is it enabled?

I have these pluggins and they are enabled.

Shock wave director 11.5.0.595

I haven't any files in the locations that you asked about.
