Bad key frame artifacts with preset mobile encode settings.

AME CS6 encodes very poor quality low bitrate encodes (when we choose any of the mobile h.264 presets). There is noticeable key frame artifacts about once every second.

 

In contrast, the free Handbrake program has been able to encode great video since its early versions a few years back.

 

I didn't expect such poor quality from a product which cost so much.

Will Adobe tweak the presets properly to produce DECENT low bit rate videos please?
