I have a motion tween of an MC rectabgle rotating in 3D and resting in a particular area. Also, i have it under a mask layer because it is going to serve as a reflection. What i observe is that while the animation looks fine when playing in the timeline...The object shows a jerk when the animation tween ends while compiling. Hope it makes sense.
I would be grateful if you could provide me with a solution for the same.
thanks in advance ![]()
Hello,
Could you please tell us which version of Flash Professional you are using?
Also, how are you playing your animation on the timeline? As in, are you scrubbing the playhead (drag it left to right) or by clicking the Play button?
Also, did you try and test your SWF in a browser (Control > Test Movie > in Flash Professional) and/or within the Flash Professional SWF renderer? Do you observe the jerky behavior then?

I have been able to reproduce this bug in Adobe Flash Professional CS5.5. If your mask is a shape tween that lasts 12 frames, and the masked layer contains a movie clip of a motion tween that lasts 48 frames, the movie clip will be cut off and repeat after only 12 frames instead of playing the 48 frames. Is there a workaround for this?
