after export what folder upload to my web server the "bin-release"

After EXPORT web flex app with FB4 (RELEASE BUILD correct?) FOR UPLOAD TO MY WEB SERVER ... what should upload all the "bin-release" folder to root of my web folder???

 

there after main file should be index.html? I mean called with domain.com (without the file) rather domain.com/file.html? if latter can renamed to index.html?

 

if i have php pages for sending email, the procedure is the same with php files included in the "bin-release" folder???
