use Cp4 SCORM Packager with  Cp6 files

Can I use Cp4 SCORM Packager to package Cp6 scos?

    I think if you have access to the Cp4 SCORM packager and even a trial version of Cp6 then you just have to give it a try.

    Hi Rob,

     

    Thank you for responding. I've tried making a multi-sco package with Cp4 SCORM packager and 2 SCOs from Cp6, but I get the following error message...

    With Cp6, the imsmanifest.xml has different paths/files that the old Cp4 multi-sco packager doesn't seem able to handle. I have also tried using Reload (and have contacted their team...haven't heard back yet), but again, it seems Reload needs to update to given the new paths/files generated with Cp6.

     

    What would be ideal is if I could get a look inside the multi-sco package created by e-learning suite 2. If anyone reading this has access to e-learning suite 2, I would be grateful to receive a mock up of 2 trackable SCOs wrapped in a multi-sco package. email: kave@kavelookout.com

     

    To me it seems we can no longer use the multi-sco packager from Cp4 to package Cp6 SCOs? Can anyone confirm this?

    Can anyone from Adobe confirm that indeed Cp6 SCOs cannot be packaged by Cp4 multi-sco packager?

     

    Has a workaround been found?

     

    Or can someone please provide me with a multi-sco package as described in the previous thread?
